Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that some countries can charge a small customs fee and you would need to check with your countries customs for items coming in from overseas. The customer is solely responsible for any import duty/VAT.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide FREE SHIPPING from our warehouses in the USA by USPS and other selected delivery companies, and in Asia by ePacket or EMS. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
The average order time that our products are being delivered to our customers is 4-14 working days from shipping. Our shipping can sometimes take from 4 to max 35 working days depending on where you live in the world and which one of our global factories we ship your item from. If you would like a more specific time to your country – please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many of our items may ship directly from different warehouses, this is why your purchase may arrive in more than one package. If you have any concerns whatsoever please email us at email@example.com.

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. This is usually up to 2 hours from placing your order. If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at within 2-4 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
You will need to wait for your item to arrive and then you can ship it back to us for a full refund if you wish. If you would like to do this please email us once your item arrives so we can forward you the returns information.
Any shipping costs will not be refunded though, and the shipping will be your responsibility.

We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please write to us at email@example.com. Let us know the problem and don’t forget to attach a photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
